Emma has a postgraduate qualification in HR Management & a BA in Social Care from two established Universities in Ireland.
She is an active member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and has a number of years experience working in HR & Recruitment, from both a HR and Line Manager perspective.
She is currently working in an large multinational based in Ireland in their HR function, with approximately 300,000 employees worldwide.
