I will research the role and/or organization you are targeting to move into. Based on my research I will create a profile of needs, culture, and language for the organization you are targeting.I will blend that research with your prior experience into a story you can tell in both your resume, and general talking themes (for either a cover letter or interview).
Please note, my experience is in larger (1000+ employee) corporate business settings. As such my experience lends itself to individuals attempting to enter that type of setting. However, I enjoy a challenge and am certainly willing to discuss other settings.
