With this gig, you'll first receive my interview guide which is loaded full of common interview questions and some suggestions on how to answer them.
Once you receive the guide, you'll receive an invite to my calendar where you will select the best time for your interview preparation session. During your session, I will be asking you questions which will be tailored for the position you're applying for and/or the industry that you anticipate working in.
Within one day of our session, you will receive a full report including specific feedback about your responses and suggested corrections. You'll be asked a combo of behavioural, situational, and skills-based questions.
I have a background in human resources and recruitment and have interviewed 100's of candidates for positions that range from heavy equipment operators all the way up to Executive Directors and Managers. I understand what's being looked at for specific roles and look forward to teaching you to interview in a way that showcases your strengths.
