All Sessions will be provided external from Fiverr using an agreed telecommunication method: telephone or end-to-end encrypted pa-software, e.g. Whatsapp, Facetime, Jitsi etc.Session 1 á 50min:
Introduction, Relationship Development between Coach and Client
The session focuses on clarifying the client relevant goals and/or problem statement.
An immediate action-plan for the next 7 days will be agreed upon and reviewed in session.
If needed: additional relevant reading material will be provided within 48 hours of the session via email.
Session 2 á 50min:
Revision of goals and action-plan, skills development and training
The session focuses on reflexion and reflexivity.
The Goals and action-plan will be adapted to client needs and in session exercises will be provided to learn, strengthen and support the relevant skillset.
If needed: additional relevant reading material will be provided within 48 hours of the session via email.
Optional:
A mock interview can be provided to answer the relevant requirements for the Gig. Max time 10 minutes.
