Interview Your Candidates For An Ios Developer Position











About:

Hiring the right candidate for a job is not an easy task. Especially if you do not have the right set of interviewers while hiring for a position freshly opened in your organisation. e.g. How do you judge if a candidate for iOS development position is actually good enough for the experience he has?



In this gig:

  • I will interview your candidates on the criteria ranging from only iOS and Swift and/Objective-C, to OS and DSA, to Problem solving skills. Based on what your requirement is


P.S.

We can discuss the expectation from the candidate and the type of work you intend the candidate for so that the interview can be tailored to assess the candidate based on those angles which deal with the position, work and nature of the job they are being hired for.



I will be interviewing only candidate of upto 8 years of experience. Primary reason being that I myself having had 8 years experience might not be the right person to interview for more experienced positions
