Provide Supervisor Training And Mentoring

About:

• The New Supervisor Package will assist you as you settle into your new role as Supervisor.  There are some tasks that you should complete as soon as you get into this role - which will be developed for your specific situation, and provided to you as a written Blueprint. 
• The Supervisor Support Package will provide not only a Blueprint, but one-on-one weekly coaching as you complete the tasks outlined in your Supervisor Blueprint.  You have the opportunity to ask questions specific to your work situation for a period of 2 weeks. 
• The Supervisor Mentor Package provides one-on-one mentoring beyond the introductory level.  This level of mentoring will teach you best practices to manage your team's performance and best practices to raise or sustain the morale in your workplace.  This level of mentoring will show you how to maximize your workforce talent to meet the needs of your organization, while supporting their professional goals.  This package includes weekly status calls for 3 to 4 weeks  (inclusive of all deliverables).
