I have been a Team Lead for 3 of my 4 years working since I finished College. I can instruct you on what are the steps you need to do in order for you to be recognized by your managers and get groomed for an even better position than what you currently have. When/If you already have the said higher position, I can instruct you on how to balance the expectations of your clients, subordinates, and managers.
