I can offer coaching, mentoring and leadership advice as well as feedback and refinement on strategy or initiative plans.    



I have held several leadership positions across various teams, with focuses on both operations and commercial roles.  I have also been in two roles that never existed before and had the opportunity to create and shape what that looked like.  I am sought out for leadership and career planning advice within my organization, and fully enjoy hiring and shaping talent to create a high performing team while developing a team culture.  



I have led or been a part of both contracting strategy and marketing strategy development.  I am adept at leading cross functional teams to drive towards a mutual solution.
