During our first meeting I agree with you on the terms of cooperation, expectations of the coach-client relationship and the areas you would want to focus on. Depending on your needs we would tackle professional and life challenges you are facing, check what values are most important to you and how do they translate into the work you do and make the vision of your perfect work real.
At the sessions I use various methods and tools that help you look at the situation from different angles. I employ photos, coaching cards, visual thinking and metaphor exercises to name a few.
