In these sessions I will go get to know you and go through your situation at beginning. We will quickly move on to first solutions and new perspectives if it suits your situation. If required (based on my experience) we will go deep and analyze your personal drivers more thoroughly. In any case, we both drive the session and will always find the right speed for your best outcome. I will mix in personal professional experiences with state of the are business coaching tools which we kick-off during our sessions and you can finalize as "home-work" for our follow-ups.
I can't guarentee more money or a promotion, but I can guarentee almost an instant increase in clarity and confidence.
