Understanding people, and perhaps yourself, in an job-type environment can be challenging. Especially if you are not a natural high tuned into people feelings or beginning of your career. High emotional EQ is very importand to suceed in most type of work environments today - as we in general work more and more in teams.Personality tests help us understanding and predicting human interaction. Such tools are not perfect, but it will give us some better understanding of people. During my career I have encountered several personalty tests. Mostly before job-interviews but also in relation to teambuildings.
